Eastern Thunder Crowned Champions in Two Divisions at RBSC 7s 2026

Eastern Thunder brought home not one but two silverware after a weekend of intense football at the RBSC7’s.

In the Veterans finals, the team had to overcome host RBSC in the final minute of extra time after both teams were at 0-0 deadlock. The golden goal winner as a sublime half volley to the roof of the next from inside the box.

And Eastern Thunder Team B did it in similar fashion after a 0-0 stalemate that went to extra time. It had to take something special to win it before going to penalties. And in the dying seconds, Midfielder Paulin hit a screamer from half way line as he saw the Luang Bian keeper off his line to win us the game based on golden goal.
